This Agreement is between you (Customer) and Glitch Mobile Limited (Provider, we, us). By ticking the checkbox and completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Plan Details
You are purchasing the 25GB Mobile Plan on the O2 network. This includes 25GB of mobile data per month, unlimited UK calls and texts, and EU roaming included up to 25GB per month. Service is provided via the O2 mobile network.
Price and Payment
The plan costs £16.00 per month. Payment is taken monthly in advance using the payment method you provide. The minimum total cost over the 24-month contract is £384.00.
Contract Length
This is a 24-month contract. The term begins on the date of your first payment. If you cancel before the 24 months are complete, the remaining balance becomes due immediately.
Delivery and Activation
Your SIM card will be shipped to your address within a few working days. Activation will take place shortly after delivery or upon first use.
Usage and Fair Use
This plan is for personal use within the UK and EU. Roaming is included in the EU up to 25GB per month. Excessive or abusive usage may result in service restrictions. The plan must not be used for commercial purposes, fraud, or tethering abuse.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your SIM for a full refund if unused. After 14 days, you are committed to the full 24-month contract.
Changes to Terms
We may update this agreement to comply with legal or regulatory changes. You’ll be notified in advance of any material changes.
Liability
We are not responsible for service issues caused by O2’s network. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid under this contract.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
